U.S. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Customers can choose between the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping

$8 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50
FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping

$35 flat-rate shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Free shipping promotions apply to Standard Shipping only unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times shown above are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after submitting your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the package ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship once the product arrives and becomes available for fulfillment. Estimated arrival dates provided on product pages are estimates and may change due to manufacturer, distributor, customs, or transportation delays.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, shipment timing may depend on the products included in the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, we recommend first checking around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors, and contacting the carrier if necessary.
