Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders placed with Castdiemonds are charged at the time the order is placed.

Estimated release and arrival dates are provided in good faith based on information from manufacturers and distributors. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, allocation, shipping, customs, or other delays outside of our control.

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the item has entered the fulfillment process. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Any return request after shipment will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

If Castdiemonds is unable to fulfill a pre-order because the product is canceled, unavailable, or our distributor allocation is reduced, the affected item will be canceled and the amount paid for that item will be refunded.

Legacy Pay-Later Pre-Orders: Some pre-orders placed before Castdiemonds changed to upfront payment were offered under our previous Pay Later system. Those existing orders will continue to be handled according to the terms that were in effect when the order was originally placed. Customers will not be required to place a new pre-order solely because our payment policy has changed.
